Crescent Cove to Open: A Special Resource for Children and Families
This month I had the pleasure of being invited to co-write an article with Ted Bowman, an internationally recognized grief and family educator, based in St. Paul. I met Ted several years ago through our mutual advocacy for Crescent Cove.
Our article, written for the Minnesota Coalition for Death Education and Support, shared the news of Crescent Cove's upcoming opening of their residential hospice and respite home for children and families.
Ted, wrote from the perspective of a professional who has worked for decades with children's hospice and respite homes in England.
I wrote from the parent perspective about the unique qualities and support Crescent Cove will bring to families across Minnesota.

Please come and join us at Crescent Cove's Grand Opening festivities November 11-18th. There will be a series of open house events and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
