Supporting Clinicians Navigating Grief & Loss

Keynote Speaker

"Dannell is one of the strongest speakers I have heard. She has a gift for putting words together in a way that helps us understand."

Meet Dannell Shu

RedBird, Founder

My son Levi was born with severe HIE and medical complexities. Thanks to the support of palliative care I led our in-home ICU to care for him until his death at seven. Through RedBird I invest in improving care for families and supporting clinician longevity.
